Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court’s Differentiated Case Plan

Amendment 12 of the Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC20-23 requires each of the Florida Circuit Courts to implement a differentiated case management plan for civil cases as part of efforts to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on the Florida courts.
