Students from Fort Pierce Central High School visited the courthouse on Wednesday, November 19, for our annual Constitution Day program. Judge Schwab presided over an engaging mock proceeding, giving students a firsthand look at the judicial process. Clerk Miller then spoke with the group about the role of the Clerk and Comptroller’s Office, followed by a tour of the Rupert J. Smith Law Library.
Special thanks to Lily Chen of Taft Law for her tremendous help coordinating all of the activities for this year’s Constitution Day events.
