The swearing in ceremony was held on June 7, 2022 in the Martin County Courthouse.  The incoming officers of the Board are: President, Abby Spears; President Elect, Erin Kirkwood; Secretary, Niki Marshall; Treasurer,  Valerie Costello; Director of Programming, Rebecca McFayden; Director of Public Relations, Dorothy Dlugolecki; Director of Sponsorship, Rene Griffith; and Director of Membership, Davina Tala. Please be aware the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit is no longer requiring the use of face masks and physical distancing in the courthouses. However, an individual within any courthouse may choose to wear a face mask, if preferable.

Courthouse visitors may request a face mask at the public courthouse entrances and a disposable face mask will be provided. During in-person court proceedings the presiding judge or other judicial officer will address requests for clear plastic face masks or shields as may be appropriate under the circumstances at the time of the request.

Note that several court proceedings will continue to be conducted remotely. Please contact the Clerk of Court office for questions relating to your scheduled appearance in the courthouse.
