Continuance of Docket Call:

Judge McCann will not entertain Stipulated Motions for Continuance of Docket Calls that are not received in this office by 4:00 p.m. within one week of Docket Call, i.e. if docket call is on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 the Motion for Continuance MUST be received in THIS OFFICE no later than 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015 to be considered.

Change of Plea Hearings:

When you are scheduled for a Change of Plea hearing the Plea form MUST be received in this office by NOON THE BUSINESS DAY BEFORE the hearing or the hearing will be STRICKEN, and if in custody, the defendant will not be brought over for the hearing.

Request for Hearing Time:

The motion must be filled with the Clerk's office prior to request.

Should you need hearing time before Judge McCann you shall e-mail your request to me (hogyac@circuit19.org) ***cc’d to ALL opposing parties in the case or your request will not be considered, indicating the Case Name and Number; what you are requesting to be heard; and how much time you are requesting.
