Instructions for Transcript Request
The Nineteenth Judicial Circuit is made up of four counties.
A transcript of the digitally recorded audio is available for purchase through the Digital Court Reporting Office. If an independent stenographic court reporter was present for a hearing, then you must contact the independent stenographic court reporting agency directly to obtain a transcript. Transcripts are completed based on an entire hearing. Portions of hearings cannot be ordered.
Please note that in juvenile cases, only parties to the case will be allowed to obtain a transcript. For juvenile transcript requests, I.D. will be required (Driver's License, State Identification Badge, Passport). If you are the attorney of record, please provide a copy of the signed order of appointment.
Below is a list of our transcript rates:
- $ 3.50 per page for an original and one copy
- $ 4.50 per page for an original and two copies
- $ 1.00 per page for additional copies
Please complete the Transcript Request Form, making sure to include the case name, case number, hearing date, and Judge’s name conducting the hearing. Once the Digital Court Reporting Office receives the Transcript Request Form, our office will contact you with an estimate for the transcript and will make payment arrangements with you. Please note that a deposit of half the total estimated amount is required before any work on the transcript begins. Once the transcript has been completed, the Digital Court Reporting Office will notify you. At this time, the remaining balance will be due. The standard turnaround time for transcripts is approximately 10 to 15 days. All transcripts must be paid by Money Order and must be payable to the STATE OF FLORIDA. No cash or credit cards will be accepted.
