Q & A
1.- Do existing drug court providers, currently providing services to the circuit, need to respond to the ITN?
Yes. The state courts system recognizes that fair and open competition is a basic tenant of public procurement. Competition reduces the appearance of and opportunity for favoritism and inspires public confidence. From time to time, courts must re-procure services through a competitive process, rather than continued contract renewals, to ensure the best interest of the state are being met both in the quality of services provided and the cost of those services.
2.- What should the format of ITN document be?
One electronic and one paper document is needed for submission. The document must be 8½ x 11, 12 points font with 1.5 spacing.
